Dear Customers, This is to inform you that heavy rain resulting into flood has caused damage to our Gas transporter GAIL (India) Ltd.’s feeder pipeline. As a result, there has been temporary disruption of PNG supply to Industrial & Commercial units and CNG supply in Udham Singh Nagar District. Early restoration possibilities are being explored; however, the pipeline repair may take some time due to floods in nearby area. Any update on this shall be shared with you as soon as possible.
