Shri Prasun Kumar Mishra is a mechanical engineer by profession. He has an experience of more than 30 years in Projects, Construction and Operations of cross-country pipelines within IOCL’s. His notable contributions are in development of a green-field crude oil tank farm and brown-field pumping station at Chaksu (Rajasthan), Operation and Maintenance of large crude oil tank farm location at Viramgam (Gujarat) and overall planning & scheduling of IOCL’s integrated crude oil pipeline system in western India.

He has also been closely associated with the central project management functions at IOCL’s Pipelines Head office wherein he has handled several critical projects of large value. He has keenly watched the CGD business taking off within IOCL and is presently heading this business as Executive director (CGD), IOCL, wherein Project management and operational efficiency remains his focus area.

Mr Navnith Bhojake is a Chemical Engineering Graduate from Osmania University, Hyderabad. Mr Navnith joined Indian Oil Corporation Limited in 1994 and has a rich experience of over 31 years in the refineries. Currently, he is heading the Corporate Strategy function of IndianOil as Executive Director (Corporate Strategy).

He is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the Oil and Gas industry, specifically in refinery operations and International Trade. He brings a track record of success in driving business growth, increasing profitability, enhancing asset utilisation and operations optimization. His leadership style is collaborative and result-oriented. He has implemented various projects at IndianOil thereby improving the refineries operations and strengthening the crude oil sourcing systems. In his current assignment, he is working on various strategic initiatives, to enhance customer satisfaction and bring efficiency in operations.

Ms. Anu Jain is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and holds a B.Com (Hons.) degree from Delhi University.

Ms. Jain has over 28 years of rich experience in the Finance function and has successfully handled various important portfolios such as Taxation, Management Accounting, Financial Concurrence, and Internal Audit during different levels of her career at IndianOil. Having worked at different organizational levels like State, Region and Corporate which exposed her to finer intricacies of the function.

Currently, she is serving as Chief General Manager (Finance), Business Development group of Indian Oil at the Corporate Office. In her present role, she oversees the finance activities of the Natural Gas business, Petrochemical Projects, Business Development- New Business, and Mergers & Acquisitions at IndianOil. She is also responsible for Management Accounting and Taxation for the Business Development Group of IndianOil.

Dr. Sangkaran Ratnam read engineering at Cambridge where he completed his PhD in Geotechnical Engineering. He also holds a Master’s degree in Geo-Environmental Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT, USA) and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (first class) from Imperial College in London. He has been with Total Energies in various international assignments since 2002.

Following an early engineering career outside Total Energies, he joined Total Energies UK in Aberdeen in a commercial role, before embarking on an 18 years international business career with resident assignments in Africa, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and Europe. During this period, he held various asset management functions including leading major negotiations, following up challenging E&P assets (exploration, production, LNG mega projects) and managing complex joint venture partnerships and Government relations. He worked on the Angola, Yemen, Ichthys & Gladstone (Australia), Bontang (Indonesia) and Brunei LNG projects in various capacities. He was most recently based in Papua New Guinea as Business Director responsible for the progress to Final Investment Decision (FID) of the multibillion dollar Papua LNG project. Prior to Papua New Guinea, Dr. Ratnam was based in Paris, France where he was Vice-President, Libya and then Project Director for New Business negotiations for TotalEnergies across the MENA region.

Mr. Preyash Jhaveri is a B.Com, LL.B., Qualified Chartered Accountant and Post
Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM).
Mr. Jhaveri is a highly accomplished results-driven finance professional with 30+
years of experience having strong expertise in business partnering, financial
planning, controllership, and strategic value creation across large and diversified
businesses, including multinational and joint venture (MNC/JV) environments. He
plays a pivotal role in driving financial discipline, operational efficiency, and long-term
growth across the organization
Mr. Jhaveri joined Adani Total Gas Limited (ATGL) in 2007 and is currently serving as
the Chief Financial Officer of ATGL. Over the span of his career his professional
contributions include leading financial closures, book finalizations, efficient
budgeting frameworks, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and tax requirements.
Prior to this, he has worked with Torrent Pharmaceuticals Limited, Enercon (India)
Limited, The Arvind Mills Limited, India Gum Limited and Core Healthcare Limited
during the period from July 1995 to July 2007.
